Reporting to the HR Manager, the Senior Administrator and wellness co-ordinator will work alongside HR team and is responsible for maintaining support for the administration of Wellness programs, HR administration, Finance Administration and other office administrative duties as appropriate.

As the Senior Administrator and Wellness coordinator your duties will include:
Wellbeing:
Administration of wellness programs and activities designed to improve employee health and well-being.
Recommend changes and/or additions to programs that reflect the changing needs of employees.
Create employee communication and marketing plans that encourage participation in wellness activities and health screening programs.
Organise site wide annual events- such as Christmas and summer parties
Human Resources:
Update and maintain the HR systems and relevant personnel files to optimise data accuracy and effectiveness as requested. Time Management System super user.
Manage Pension administration, process applications and provide support to shared services during pension renewal process.
Maintain health insurance scheme, process applications, update policies, arrange payroll deductions, process monthly invoices.
Manage annual HR processes such as Holiday Savings, Global Share scheme and Christmas vouchers.
Support and work closely with the HR team with site projects.
Finance
Manage purchasing cards and submission of monthly expense reports.
Point of contact for Cycle to Work Scheme.
Buysmart superuser: point of contact for invoice queries, raise PO’s and resolve errors.
Manage invoice coding for all deliveries to the site.
About you
A minimum of 4 years experience working in a busy office environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational abilities to manage and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Proficient multitasking capabilities, handling various responsibilities simultaneously with attention to detail.
High level of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
Extensive experience in office administration, showcasing a deep understanding of administrative process
