　　Job Summary ：

　　This position will be responsible for development role for Microsoft Project Server across Trane Technologies. 5+ years of industry experience with knowledge of UMT360 Portfolio Management is essential. Experience in Microsoft Project Server is a plus.

　　Responsibilities:

　　· Design, develop solutions for Microsoft Project Server 2019+ and UMT360 module.

　　· Support PPM users with technical issues.

　　· Develop and maintain good customer relationships.

　　· Provide training to help customer’s ability to address their issues.

　　· Collaborate with PPM support team members.

　　Qualifications:

　　· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience, is required (Master's degree or equivalent is desirable).

　　· 5+ years of industry experience in Microsoft products, systems development, network operations, and software support or IT consulting.

　　· Successfully implemented Project Server application or possess great technical expertise of the process.

　　· Broad technical knowledge of relevant Microsoft especially Project Server technology, tools, databases is necessary.

　　· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

　　· Robust teamwork and interpersonal skills.

　　Key Competencies:

　　· Demonstrate technical understanding of UMT360 Portfolio Management.

　　· Experience in Microsoft Project Server 2013, 2016 &/or 2019 including possessing knowledge of system implementation is a plus.

　　· 5+ years of industry experience in Microsoft products, systems development.

　　· Technical competency with core supporting Microsoft technologies-SharePoint Server 2013+, Windows Server, Internet Information Services and SQL Server.

　　· Deep knowledge and technical experience with Business Intelligence technologies and their deployment particularly in SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services (OLAP), & PowerBI capabilities.

　　· Possess supporting technologies like PowerShell.

　　· Effective Interpersonal / Communication Skills.

　　· Experience with Release, Build and Change Management protocols.

　　· Experience in providing technical support.

　　· Ability to adapt to the customer's changing needs or requirements.

　　· Possess real passion for continuous learning, strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking.
