  Due to growth we are currently seeking to add a Senior Accountant to our exceptional team. You will need to be organized, detail oriented, have experience in financial monthly/quarterly/year end close and ability to understand complex financial integrations. The successful candidate will be responsible for key financial functions of a high growth company; this role plays a critical role in budgeting, forecasting and planning to continue our consistent growth plans.

  What Do We Do? We create real relationships and raving fans by implementing and supporting best in class technology.

  Duties & Responsibilities:

  · Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  · Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.

  · Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations.

  · General Ledger Management: Oversee general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  · Reconciliation: Perform detailed account reconciliations for various general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies or variances.

  · Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes and internal controls.

  · Payroll – Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll. Perform reporting for employee incentive programs.

  · Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide guidance on financial matters.

  Requirements

  Bachelor’s degree with major in accounting or finance required, CPA or MBA a plus

  4+ years of work experience in accounting or finance

  Strong financial comprehension (US GAAP) and experience with monthly/year-end close and payroll process

  Strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple parties

  Familiarity with managing third party vendors for fulfillment

  Previous acquisition integration experience, a strong plus

  Proficient in ConnectWise a strong plus

  Ability to work closely with both CEO and Finance and Operations Manager and is comfortable managing multiple timelines and deliverables

  Collaborative personality enjoys working with others and coaching staff

  Metrics and process-driven, passionate about numbers as well as people and comfortable switching between high-level business objectives and tangible, sometimes messy day-to-day financial operations

  Proven track record of experience with customer success and/or managing finances for fast growing teams; experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

  Goal oriented, committed to deadlines.
