　　Pay: $24.72/hour

　　Your Role:

　　As aProduction Team Lead - Night Shift IM, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating up to 60 employees on shift to include packers and reliefs as well as routinely perform safety audits, quality checks and standard work throughout the shift.

　　You will have the opportunity to:

　　Perform weekly safety observations

　　Coordinate quality rework during downtime and planned events

　　Coordinate line assignments for packers and line technicians

　　Coordinate material set-up and material returns for packaging change-over

　　Ultimately, you will play a very important role on our manufacturing team and will coordinate safety and quality monthly training meetings and assist Lead Packer on floor with training, quality and standard work audits.

　　3+ years of manufacturing or warehouse team lead experience.

　　High school diploma or equivalent

　　Advanced PC knowledge to include Microsoft office

　　Experience in manufacturing systems such SAP or Oracle

　　Experience in time keeping systems such as SAP, ADP or Kronos

　　Icing on the cake:

　　College degree

　　Bilingual
