Hello! Our very large corporate client is in need of a team of sr. accountants to join their team! The ideal candidate will be very skilled in high-volume complex reconciliations as well as month-end reporting and financial reporting preparation and analysis.

　　Schedule: Remote with Restrictions

　　Description:

　　Facilitate and complete month-end closing procedures to include general ledger reconciliations, journal entries and the ability to research and determine the most effective means of handling accounting transactions.

　　Preparation of financial statements to include balance sheet, income statements by department and statement of cash flow.

　　Analyze financial statements to include variances in the P&L against budget and meet deadlines in accordance with a month-end closing calendar.

　　Maintain the accounts within the ERP system for general ledger, accounts payable, and receivables.

　　Coordinate meetings with Corporate Accounting Manager and financial analysts to communicate general ledger activity in relation to department budgets.

　　Support the Controller and Corporate Accounting Manager with special projects and workflow process improvements.

　　Assist CFO and Controller with annual external financial audit, state audit and organization tax return (Form 990) preparation.

　　Research, develop and maintain accounting policies in accordance with GAAP

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

　　5 – 7 years’ experience (public accounting experience a plus)

　　Nonprofit accounting experience a plus

　　High volume reconciliations experience
