Agile and willing to take action, you stay calm under pressure!Your TeamThe Senior Software Project Managerfor Cardiology will be responsible for leading multiple large-scale projects concurrently related to software, data infrastructure and process development, including direct supervision of analysts and indirect leadership of cross-functional team members.What you'll be doingWorking with Revenue Cycle Management, Product Management, Finance and IT ensures that needs of key stakeholders are analyzed and clearly specified.Develops and manages project plan, timeline and budget to deliver project on-time and at budget.Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.Translates conceptual user requirements into functional requirements / technical specifications in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.Develops and conduct peer reviews to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.Oversee development of process documentation.Designs robust testing plan to identify functionality or data issues prior to implementation.Drives triage of issues identified during testing process.Supports the technical team with preparation of documents for regulatory compliance and implementation.Other duties, as assigned.What you'll bringBachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent field required.10+ years required Project Leadership related experience with demonstrable evidence of successfully partnering with customers and achieving shared goals and outcomes.Prior experience managing software development and integrations projects.Experience in projects in business improvement and/or finance.Thorough understanding of software development methodologies and processProven experience building, maintaining and leveraging strategic and cross-functional relationships through effective communication and collaborative leadership.Prior experience with direct and indirect team leadership.Ability to negotiate and influence cross-functionality and across customer stakeholders.Proven track record of analytical ability, operational excellence and detail orientation.Strong collaboration, stakeholder management and communication skills-
