Your Opportunity: Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, Inc., a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking to add a Product Marketing Manager to their team! In this role, you will have primary responsibility for developing and maintaining the core product line for Taylor Print & Visual Impressions and ensuring the product lines resonate with current or potential customers. In addition, you will monitor marketing trends as well as keep an eye on competitive companies in the marketplace to stay ahead of competition. With high visibility to this position, the ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, tenacious, and able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment. This will be an individual contributor role; however, future growth opportunities to expand scope of role could lead to managerial responsibilities at a later date. Your Responsibilities: Collaborates across various functions of the business to identify and drive development of strategic product solutions, new products & services, and aids in pricing and promotions with ongoing maintenance of assortment and pricing grids Apply knowledge of the "4 P's" of marketing to create and execute product plans in coordination with the Brand & Marketing Strategy team Oversees and manages development of corresponding marketing messaging, various marketing materials, catalogs and e-commerce platforms to support go-to-market strategies Ability to work across Taylor channels to represent the TPVI brand and products, move product initiatives forward, and develop effective channel partnerships Monitors market trends, researches consumer markets, and keeps a pulse on competitor activities Analyzes product and services positioning and consumer insights Measures and reports out on product marketing performance and growth across various channels and platforms Serves as a liaison to Sales/Taylor Channels for product training tools and content across all channels Able to create and build processes, tools, and forms and continuously look for ways to drive efficiencies in day to day operations Builds and fosters positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Aligns the company and cross-functional team around the product/brand direction, choices and tactics Performs other duties as assigned You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with a concentration in Marketing, Merchandising or related field At least 6+ years' professional experience working as a Product Marketing Manager and/or Product/Brand Manager Proven ability to develop product assortment strategies, understand the voice of the customer as well as market and competitor trends, and drive revenue thru a multi-channel approach E-Commerce experience ideally with both B2B and B2C platforms, managing site experience, product positioning, customer messaging/marketing, content planning, as well as site optimization and site analytics Ability to be strategic, innovative, and results-oriented Strong analytical skills, data-driven, and able to identify trends and turn information into actionable insight Project Management skills are critical - must be able to drive action across functional silos and close gaps between processes and systems; able to break down big projects into actionable steps Strong collaboration skills and able to lead teams by influencing without authority Attention to detail and ability to synthesize information to make recommenda ions and decisions Excellent communication skills and able to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization Up-to-date knowledge on latest trends, marketing, and e-commerce best practices A self-starter mentality, ability to work independently, and able to adapt to a fast-paced, ambiguous and quickly changing environment Ability to travel up to 10-20% (primarily within North America) We Would Also Prefer: MBA helpful but not required About Taylor Corporation One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
