Expect to work in a fast paced and highly collaborative environment.You are responsible for the design and deployment of Kuiper device and systems management solutions that manage and deploy Kuiper's images, kiosks, workstations, and servers. You will design and deliver patching and software delivery solutions. Work collaboratively with Amazon Security teams and key stakeholders to intake requirements and deliver a customer obsessed endpoint management experience. Additional key responsibilities below:Key job responsibilities- Working with modern endpoint management solutions- Patching Automation of Windows and Linux Systems- Developing 1st party or Deploying 3rd Party Software Patching Systems- Patching critical systems to maintain uptime and availability- Developing/Deploying/Managing Modern Endpoint Systems to deliver software to users like SSM/SCCM/Endpoint Manage/JAMF- Deploying/Managing OS Imaging and Image Deployment Services in hybrid physical and cloud environments with tools such as PXE boot, Golden Images, and WinPE- Deploy/Manage configuration policies- Design and build endpoint management solutions for application, configuration, and compliance- Support Windows and Linux Server/Client operating systems- Manage IoT firmware- Heavy focus on automation for management tasks and building self-healing services- Deploy Infra as Code with Chef, Puppet, Ansible, CDK, DSC via CI/CD- Develop/Manage shared computer kiosks, single user PC's, and multi-user workstations with both Windows and *nix OS- Build endpoint device and systems management solutions on AWS- Experience with VDI technologies utilizing both cloud and on-premise tools such as Citrix, VMWare, AWS, and Azure- Strong focus on security first in designs, hardening endpoints, logging activity, and working with regulatory compliance controls- Endpoint device and systems security incident response and mitigation- Develop posture assessment mechanisms- Due to the need to access certain federal controlled information, you must be a U.S. citizen for considerationA day in the lifeHere at Amazon, we embrace our differences.
