Security Patrol Officer | Multiple Shifts

　　Pay: $23.50 to 24.50 depending on shift

　　Job Description

　　A family-owned building management company in Bellevue is looking for hard working and dependable security patrol officers. In this position you will:

　　· Patrol all properties via foot patrol, bike, Segway, or company vehicle

　　· Issue parking citations

　　· Enforce property rules

　　· Coordinate with fire & police for emergency response

　　· Interact with the public on a daily basis

　　· Provide a high level of customer service

　　Qualifications

　　· Good attendance is a must

　　· Must have a valid driver’s license

　　· Ability to use equipment such as 2-way radios

　　· Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods

　　· Ability to work alone as well as on a team
