As a Security Officer - Unarmed Commercial Patrol in San Francisco, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

In this role, you will patrol commercial real estate properties, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence will contribute to a secure environment while you display exceptional customer service and communication skills. You will engage with tenants and visitors, providing assistance as needed. Pay Rate: $24.40 / Hour

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security experience is required.

California Security Professional Guard Card required.

Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
