New Life Staffing is hiring a Weld Shop Supervisor in Upper Chichester PA. The weld shop supervisor, in collaboration with another supervisor, will oversee a team of welders, mechanics, and utility workers. They will also collaborate with different levels within the company to ensure that efforts are coordinated and aligned to meet customer needs.

　　The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

　　At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing managementA bachelor's degree in a related field such as business or engineering, or an equivalent level of experience in the industry (7-10 years)Strong knowledge and experience in metal fabrication, including proficient use of MIG and TIG welding and advanced fitting techniquesExperience welding aluminum and steel in accordance with AWS specifications D1.1, D1.2, D15.1, and D17.1Strong computer skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience with Lean Six Sigma, ERP/MRP systems, and adherence to ISO9001 and AS9100 standards are beneficial.
