　　Security Officer II

　　SUMMARY

　　The Security Officer II is an integral role in ensuring safety and security for all associates, guests, assets and properly registered fleet of property vehicles and transporting guests and Associates to local destinations. This role will contribute to the organization as an active business partner that is responsible for supporting the company's goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values.

　　ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

　　Conduct interior and exterior patrols throughout Resort, checking for unsecured doors and rooms, trespassers, unauthorized persons in restricted areas and safety hazards.

　　Respond to all guest and associate calls while on patrol, making emergencies a top priority.

　　Proactively assist Guests while looking for WOW opportunities.

　　Maintain the security office and fire panel.

　　Draft incident reports and ensure all record logs such as key logs, lost and found, group resumes, contractor passes, and emergency equipment are all current and up to date via daily audits.

　　Regular duties include coordinating, scheduling, and auditing of vehicle maintenance repairs to include preventative, mechanical, and electrical repair; train staff in operation, daily maintenance, and inspection of fleet vehicles.

　　Prioritize, schedule, and assign maintenance and repair work to MBS vehicles while facilitating guests’ needs.

　　Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of MBS fleet vehicles and assets while controlling repair, inventory, and labor costs.

　　Drive fleet vehicles to-and-from repair shops, dealerships, etc. Safely transport guests and Associates to local county destinations.

　　Identify training opportunities and provide and document operations and maintenance training.

　　Ensure MBS fleet vehicles, inside and out, are always kept in pristine condition consistent with Montage standards.

　　PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

　　Tasks are performed indoors and outdoors. There is a requirement to work in the parking garage, outside the building, and to transport vehicles to-and-from repair shops, dealerships, etc. Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis. Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks. Requires driving, minor vehicle maintenance, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening.
