Job Summary:
Work closely with the sales and marketing team along with cross-functional teams for marketing driven project, communication strategy, promotions, and event planning.
The main responsibilities include internal and external key marketing event management as well as key marketing communication. It covers, but not limited to, the arrangement of product launch, tradeshow, CE event, student case contest, promotional program, and campaigns. Social media publishing / coordination, sales collateral, public relation, internal communication, regulatory communications
are also part of the job.
This position requires a highly self-motivated individual that can work cross-functionally to accomplish the objectives.
Job duties:
Support local marketing communication initiatives including product launches, sales collateral, tradeshow, campaigns, social site presence, website, public relation, internal communication, regulatory communications, and corporate events.
Establish strategic internal and external communication strategy that positively affects employees and customers understanding, engagement and commitment with the result of an even stronger connection to the company.
Implement promotional program.
Ensure new communication campaigns.
Assist brand delivery and consistency across all market.
Assist the CE programs and events to deliver the sales and marketing strategy and goals.
Assist lecture sponsorship programs with congress, society, and association.
Work with marketing project manager and implement the University programs for the location in accordance with business needs and strategies.
Actively co-work with the corporate communication team, including graphic designs and corporate communication to produce high quality publications and materials on time and within budget.
Criterion:
University graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
Must have good command of English (both written and spoken).
A minimum 12 years of marketing communications experience, preferably in medical industry (especially dental).
12 years operational experience working with field sales teams and cross functional support teams.
Demonstrate good understanding of marketing tactics and how to create compelling marketing messages.
Ability to be multi-task oriented with strong attention to details and work with limited supervision or under tight timeline.
Good learning agility and strong curiosity in dental industry.
Self-motivated, creative, adaptable, and responsive.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a good team player.
Willing and able to travel when needed.
