　　This position is located at Truax Field, Madison, WI, and will support the F-35 Program. This position is primarily supporting 2nd shift, but due to the dynamic environment supporting flying operations, the incumbent may be required to work 1st or 2nd shift and a non-standard work schedule. Some travel may be required. Due to local mission requirements, a Top Secret/SCI clearance may be required, in the future.

　　This position will perform duties as a Security Generalist (SG) and will be responsible for security support of classified and unclassified areas of the F-35 Full Mission Simulator facility or Fighter Squadron. Duties will include, but are not limited to: assist instructors, students, and visitors using facilities; operate badging and access control systems; monitor security camera systems; perform random entry/exit searches; enforce all USAF, local procedures and practices, DoD Manual 5205.07 Vol 1-4, ICD 705, TSCO responsibilities, controlling access to secure facilities, handling and storage of classified documents and electronic media, and monitoring compliance with COMSEC and COMPUSEC; provide assistance with file plans and documentation maintenance in classified containers; change combinations and generate SF 700s; assist in self-inspections and prepare for customer inspections; perform and document vault alarm tests; assist in security inquiries; assist in providing training and scheduling of vault hours and coverage in Full Mission Simulator facility or Fighter Squadron, and additional duties as required/assigned.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Current security clearance investigation or Continuous Evaluation (CE) date within 5 years of the investigation close date. Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP) Access. Familiar with working in classified environments and/or classified materials. Outstanding written and verbal communicative skills.

　　Desired Skills:

　　Experience working in a Special Access Program (SAP) environment. Experience working in a military environment. Knowledge working with the F-35 program security requirements. Experience providing briefings and/or training.

　　Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

　　Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
