  Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position

  This position is eligible for a flexible work schedule arrangement at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.

  Your Responsibilities

  As a Security Analyst for John Deere World Headquarters located in Moline, IL , you will:

  Administer (create/maintain) SAP Security Roles

  Participate in documented change management process

  Use Information Security tools for analysis of Information Security events and data with some understanding of the interactions between access patterns and expected outcomes

  Understand and apply current Information Technology (IT) security policies to ensure adherence to standards established by GSEC SAP security

  VISA Sponsorship is NOT Available for this position

  What Skills You Need

  4+ years of experience SAP Access management experience

  3+ years of experience GRC processes, Identity and Access management processes and concepts

  1+ years of proven experience in an Agile/Scrum team environment

  Experience and /or knowledge of Information Security and the methods to protect data and systems

  Basic knowledge of SAP Security and its application across various variants of SAP systems like ECC, HANA, BI/BW etc.

  General understanding of business processes and functional areas, their interactions and SAP related terminology

  Interpersonal, Leadership and Teaming Competencies

  Capable of collaborating with other team members to ensure that features meet business needs

  Skilled in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution

  Proven experience working in a team environment within minimal supervision; team-oriented

  What Makes You Stand Out

  Security Certifications i.e. CISSP, SANS Security certifications

  Development experience i.e. Java, Python, ABAP

  Experience with Data Security

  Understanding in Forensics – investigation and analysis of how and why a breach or other compromise occurred

  Understanding in Vulnerability and risk assessment – important components of risk management

  Education

  Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent experience

  Industry certification(s), such as SSCP, CCSP, CISSP, SANS certifications, etc.
