JOB SUMMARY
Oversee and manage thedevelopment and performance of all sales activities in the division. Staff anddirect a sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximumprofitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishplans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area andcontribute to the development of training and educational programs for clientsand Account Representatives.
COREJOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Developbusiness plans and sales strategies for the market. Initiate and coordinatedevelopment of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Providetimely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applicationssubmitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profitmargin.
Developand implement marketing plans as needed.
Maintainrecords of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by AccountRepresentatives.
Createand conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses. Assist AccountRepresentatives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
Conductone-on-one review with all Account Representatives to build more effectivecommunications, to understand training and development needs, and to provideinsight for the improvement of Account Executive's sales and activityperformance.
Developand mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training anddevelopment opportunities and performance management processes; build andmaintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriatelystaffed with required competencies.

Education
Bachelor's degree.
Relevant Work Experience
At least 7 years of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people in a sales management role.
Additional
Willing to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.
Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
The estimated compensation for this position comes with a base salary range of $100-120k as well as a bonus opportunity.
