　　Currently ManTech is seeking a Secure Supply Chain Sourcer III to join our team in Edwards , CA supporting our growing Defense Sector and Marine Corps programs.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　The Secure Supply Chain Sourcer III manages and coordinates the supply chain.

　　Duties include sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the security and integrity of the supply chain.

　　They work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and compliance with industry regulations.

　　They are involved in risk assessment and mitigation strategies to protect the supply chain from potential threats.

　　The Secure Supply Chain Sourcer III provides a strong line of defense for the acquisition of mission-critical materiel.

　　The Secure Supply Chain Sourcer III supervises and mentors subordinate project and Team ManTech staff.

　　Experience:

　　Bachelor’s degree and nine (9) years of relevant work experienceDesired Qualifications:

　　5 years of position-specific relevant experience.

　　Six Sigma Certification

　　Security Clearance:

　　TS/SCI EligiblePhysical Requirements:

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

　　The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

　　Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

　　Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

　　The projected compensation range for this position is $73,600-$122,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
