HR certification preferred.Experience Requirements/Preferences Minimum three years progressivelyresponsible experience in human resources required, preferably in anon-profit environment. Minimum of three years\' progressive experiencein recruitment and leave management, strongly preferred. Minimum of twoyears progressive experience with an HRIS system; strong experience inADP Workforce Now preferred. Ability to effectively work with standardoffice programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, andPowerPoint.
