Description

　　We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join us in our Tysons-Boone office, supporting our team during our peek season. Candidates must be available to work February 1 through May of 2024. This position will be onsite.

　　What your day looks like:

　　Prepare error-free deliverables and other correspondence

　　Initiate, monitor and finalize confirmations (electronic and paper)

　　Effectively manage conflicting priorities and deadlines

　　Maintain documents on appropriate file servers and repositories

　　Serve as backup resource for various local tasks, including reception desk coverage

　　What you need for this role:

　　At least 1 year of experience in an Administrative or professional office environment

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

　　Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task as well as work within a team on projects

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and flexibility

　　Ability to effectively gather and disseminate information
