　　Responsibilities

　　Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Arburg compression molding presses and respond to machine alerts. The set-up

　　technician is the primary machine operator/process tech responsible for production output and product

　　conformity. Product is thermoset parts such as seals used in medical devices.

　　Set up molding presses for production, including CNC injection presses

　　Set up cycle time for molding

　　Remove and install molds into various presses

　　Regulate proper temperatures and set cycle time for molding and curing

　　Diagnose troubles and make compensating adjustments

　　Interact with and support molding operator assistant

　　Meet strict quality standards and product specifications

　　Diligently follow a production schedule while responding effectively to schedule changes

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　manual lifting up to 50lbs
