Are you a culinary enthusiast with a passion for creating delicious and wholesome meals from scratch?   Love where you work but looking to supplement your income for the upcoming holiday season?  If so,  Elim Shores Independent and Assisted Living in Eden Prairie has an opportunity for On-Call Scratch Cooks to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for prepping and cooking our residents' favorite meals from scratch and help create new menu ideas.  

　　There are On-Call positions.  No late nights!   

　　Pay: $22.50  per hour

　　What does a Cook do?

　　Deliver exceptional service to residents by leading and motivating team members to provide fast, friendly and excellent customer service to all guests.

　　Prepare and cook all meals to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards. This will also include feature/specials and grill service.

　　Inspect kitchen for conformance to government and company safety and sanitation requirements.

　　Review planned meals and take note of special diet requests.

　　Observe and report on low stock or high-demand choices.

　　Follow and understand diet restrictions and modifications.

　　Perform additional tasks as required.

　　What does a Cook require? 

　　Prior experience in scratch cooking required.

　　Prior Corporate Dining, Senior Living, or Country Club experience preferred.

　　ServSafe Certification preferred.
