　　Robert Half is looking for a Scanning Clerk to assist an admired company in Portland with several administrative projects. The ideal candidates will have a high attention to detail, a head-down work ethic, and the ability to perform redundant tasks in an efficient and accurate manner. 　　How you'll make an impact:

　　Prepping documents for scanning (removing staples, paperclips, bindings)

　　Scanning and uploading documents in an efficient, organized manner

　　Checking scanned documents for image quality

　　Compiling and organizing scanned documents

　　Maintaining confidentiality of all information scanned and filed

　　Assisting around the office as needed

　　Requirements

　　Experience filing, scanning, and indexing documents

　　Computer and keyboarding proficiency

　　Strong work ethic

　　High attention to detail

　　Ability to perform repetitive tasks with minimal supervision
