Maintenance Planner

　　SUMMARY:

　　Planning and scheduling of Preventive Maintenance program, Improving preventive maintenance Performance, improving operational KPIs, and delivering on-time of production lines.

　　MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Prepare work packages for every planned or unplanned maintenance activity. (daily, weekly, monthly, annually, on request)

　　Request, receive, and supervise required material to assist maintenance activities.

　　Coordinate line or plant shutdowns to apply all essential preventive maintenance scheduled..

　　Collect drawings, manuals, and other documents to assist contractors and maintenance repairs or modifications.

　　Ensure to execution of all PM techniques to improve overall efficiency.

　　Maintain critical spare parts inventory for key assets (BOM)

　　Create procedural manuals that explain how to do preventive tasks

　　Estimate costs of labor and spare parts for industrial equipment and facilities

　　Adjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency work.

　　Coordinate and schedule with maintenance staff, contractors, and external vendors the preventive maintenance plan execution.

　　Perform a critical evaluation of the downtime generated in the lines of production, do the root cause analysis of the main failures, assign improvement tasks, and measure the progress towards the accomplishment of the goal.

　　Measure the progress and recording of preventive WO in the system, according to the maintenance goals.

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Engineer bachelor’s degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial)

　　English verbal and written communication skills

　　3 years of experience as a Maintenance PlannerPrior experience as a technician and maintenance supervisor.

　　Know about the warehouse management process

　　Electrical and PLC technician basics
