The SBS Client Services Operations Manager provides effective management and support to the SBS Client Services team. This role is responsible for the leadership and day to day operations of a Service Center area for a defined set of clients and/or products. Has significant impact on the work environment and will be tasked to provide the tools and resources for Team Leaders and associates to succeed and maintain a high level of associate engagement and client/participant satisfaction.

　　• Minimum of 5 years people leader experience • Ability to engage and develop people leaders • Effective communication skills specifically around change and conflict management • Ability to present self & team well to executive stakeholders both local and global • Keen to details and can effectively interpret data • Financial and WFM knowledge is a plus • Proven ability to manage time and workload with minimal supervision
