Description There is an opening for an Accounting Clerk through Robert Half, whose duties will be matching invoices to purchase orders/ vouchers, data entry, and assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. This is a long-term contract position located in the Bridgeton, New Jersey area. This job offers an opportunity for career advancement and features an efficient, team-oriented environment. 　　Responsibilities

　　Square up discrepancies by checking all possible sources of disagreement, reconstructing probable actions, and recognizing the effect on other accounts; prepare correction documents as required

　　Produce statements and reports that require utilization of a variety of sources

　　Order documents that require knowledge in determining proper classification of accounting codes and expenditure codes

　　Post financial figures to journals and ledgers

　　Help with invoices and disbursement filing, accounts payable invoice matching & filing

　　Assist with general ledger account reconciliation and month-end closing, other ad hoc projects

　　Collaborate with Accounts Receivable: process daily invoices/credit, apply cash receipt, and help with collection of past due balance Requirements - Skilled in Spreadsheet and ERP system

　　Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred

　　Proven knowledge of Microsoft Excel

　　Solid understanding of Accounts Payable

　　Accounts Receivable experience preferred

　　Experience with Yardi

　　Filing experience

　　Strong familiarity with data entry

　　Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
