　　Implementation of digital applications at the factory level, particularly in the SAP and Hydra environments.Implementation, configuration, and maintenance of digital applications to ensure alignment of SAP modules with business processes, contributing to operational efficiency.Role as a System Key User and training of Key Users in SAP and digitalization initiatives.Serving as the interface between manufacturing and IT to ensure smooth information flow.Planning and tracking action plans, as well as independently managing projects.Supporting manufacturing areas regarding software and digital applications.Conceptualizing and implementing digital factory initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and overall efficiency.Collaboration with a cross-functional team to identify and implement automation opportunities.Tracking, evaluating results, and training employees.Visualization of results and key performance indicators using suitable software.Facilitating the continuous improvement process in the manufacturing process.Supporting various continuous improvement process applications such as 5S+1 or Kaizen events.Ensuring projects are implemented on time, within budget, and with the desired results/financial benefits.

　　your profile:

　　Successful completion of a degree in computer science or professional experience as a master/technician in the production environment with additional training in IT/SAP.High self-motivation and initiative with the ability to make informed decisions.Experience in project management, coordination of employee knowledge, and implementation of improvements.In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and business processes at the factory and production levels.Digital affinity and strong PC skills; programming skills are advantageous.Good written and spoken English; fluent in German.High level of quality awareness, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills.Team spirit and willingness to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
