　　Job Description:

　　We are seeking a results-driven SAP manager with experience in implementing sustainable SAP solutions into Consumer Goods, Retail, Industrial & Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Steel and/or other industry to be part of our SAP system integration business focused on Sustainability. To ensure success as an SAP manager, you should have end to end knowledge of primary S/4 Hana ERP transformations and a passion for driving sustainable changes with clients.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Lead and drive our clients to achieve their strategic goals in the area of sustainability.

　　Embed the element of Sustainability in all stages of SAP S/4 Hana transformation, RFP, and Business Blueprinting processes

　　Determine business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations

　　Assess existing IT infrastructure and recommend improvements

　　Manage and Drive customized SAP Sustainability solutions development, configuration, and deployment

　　Work with the Global sustainability team and contribute to build assets for SAP Sustainability practice

　　Keep abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments

　　Necessary Knowledge / Skills:

　　Functional Knowledge in SAP ERP implementation (R/3 ECC, S/4 Hana) in one or more industries such as Consumer Goods, Retail, Industrial & Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Steel and/or other industry

　　Experience incorporating Sustainability topics on Carbon / GHG emissions, circular economy or ESG Reporting into business transformations

　　A passion for driving clients to work more sustainably, expertise in topics such as: climate changes impact for the industry (CO2, water, waste reduction), ESG regulations (CDP reporting, CSRD & EU taxonomy, Plastic & packaging taxes etc).

　　Current knowledge of main Sustainability impacted business processes

　　Expertise in SAP EHS and or SAP SFM, SAP RDP, SAP SCT would be beneficial

　　Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills with client facing consulting experience

　　Full professional proficiency in English is required and knowledge of another European language would be an asset
