　　What is the position?

　　W ill be responsible for, among other functions, helping our Client, and their Customers, better understand enterprise financial software that they have implemented, and how to use it more effectively and efficiently.

　　What will I get to do?

　　The SAP Implementation Specialist will also demonstrate the system and its existing configured or potential other functions, or discuss same with Client as they relate to their goals, mission, and pain points. The Implementation specialist may also work with the Client on defining/monitoring/modifying system metrics, and discussing standard or customized reporting and dissemination options. This individual may work closely with our Client to identify business requirements not addressed in the initial implementation, and translate them into additional specifications for their SAP Federal Financials system. Regular collaboration with our Program and Project managers on system integration status, issues, solutions, and consultative activities is a given.

　　What qualifications do I need?

　　Senior consultant level skills in at least one of the following modules/solution areas:

　　SAP PPM

　　SAP PS

　　At least 6 years of SAP PS/PPM and SAP Logistics implementation experience or support experience

　　Analysis experience with highly complex business processes including root cause analysis and optimization in heterogenous system landscapes with focus on PS PPM solutions

　　Ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with clients

　　Possesses exceptional technical, functional and business process knowledge, skills, and capabilities in SAP PS (Project Systems) and SAP PPM (Project and Portfolio Management), as well as related applications

　　Experienced in Business Process Design and Implementation

　　Has successfully completed a minimum of 3 full cycle SAP Implementations

　　Practical experience in managing customers, SAP implementation projects, service deliveries and/or project management

　　Ability to work under pressure, in critical situations and under tight deadlines

　　Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems

　　Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a professional and precise manner

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　A solid fit for our Implementation Support Team will be able to consider assessment implications, grading, pacing, scheduling, coaching, planning support, and training

　　Ability to translate customer requirements into solutions

　　Can effectively analyze organizational needs, pinpoint primary objectives or challenges

　　Experience providing troubleshooting, and creating or otherwise assisting with user guides or other support materials and documentation

　　Proven experience working as an Implementation Specialist; need to be detail-oriented

　　Must possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to multitask effectively

　　Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and sound technical knowledge

　　Ability to provide knowledgeable input on resource requirements

　　Excellent organizational and time management and Client service skills

　　Ability to provide relevant and concise data quickly to decision-makers, to facilitate timely decisions and actions

　　Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, computer information science, information technology, or a related field

　　US Citizenship

　　$113,927.72 - $187,981.83

　　The pay range for this job is determined by various factors, including but not necessarily limited to location, responsibilities of the job, and alignment with market data. When determining a salary for this role, the following factors may be taken into consideration - contract-specific affordability, education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience. The estimate displayed represents the salary range for this position and is just one component of Cognosante’s total compensation package for employees.
