Looking for experienced Print Operators to work with a family owned company with a strong benefits plan, 401K + 3% match.

　　6pm-6am

　　Wednesday-Friday or Sunday-Tuesday

　　Description:

　　Examine job orders to determine quantities to be printed, stock specifications, colors, or special printing instructions.

　　Verify that paper and ink meet the specifications for a given job.

　　Change press plates, blankets, or cylinders, as required.

　　Start presses and pull proofs to check for ink coverage and density, alignment, and registration.

　　Collect and inspect random samples during print runs to identify any necessary adjustments.

　　Troubleshoot and resolve production problems before printing and before job goes to next step.

　　Ensure that equipment is properly maintained, including scheduling repairs.

　　Skills:

　　Mechanically inclined, Printing press, Print, Machine operation, Printing, Troubleshooting, Print press, Set up machine

　　Qualifications:

　　2+ years of printing press machine operation and set up experience

　　Experience working with Ink, printing on paper and plastic

　　Lifting 50+ pounds

　　Experience Level:

　　Intermediate Level
