　　Instructs individuals and groups to be skillful in swimming and water safety.Ensures safety of patrons in aquatic facility; prevents and responds to emergencies.EXPERIENCE

　　Nationally recognized lifeguard certification.One (1) year experience as swim instructor and must be experienced in working with children.One (1) year lifeguard experience required, or any equivalent experience and/or training providing required knowledge, skills, abilities.OTHER REQUIREMENTS

　　16+ years old.Knowledge of water safety, pool chlorination and filtration systems.Excellent swimming skills.First Aid/CPR certified.Able to interact positively and communicate well.Able to analyze situations and make decisions.Good physical condition needed to lift/carry persons in water.Stamina needed to work in sun in extreme heat for long hours.Access to vehicle with required liability insurance and valid.Anticipated Benefits
