About SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Training Consultant

  Introduction

  As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

  Your Role and Responsibilities

  The SAP OCM Consultant conducts the research necessary to develop and revise training courses. They develop these courses and prepare appropriate training catalogs, student materials, instructor materials, and visual information maps. They train personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars. They also conduct knowledge capture sessions and develop innovative methodologies for accelerating time to knowledge and capabilities when onboarding new staff.

  Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  4 or more years of experience in organizational change management (OCM) processes and methodologies for large SAP implementations

  Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments

  Originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks

  Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems

  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, Business or other related scientific or technical discipline.

  Must be able to clear a DoD Secret clearance

  Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  Knowledge of and experience with DoD and specifically Navy ERP

  Familiar with Navy and/or DoD IT architectures

  Federal experience

  Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix

  Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills

The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
