　　Simplot is on a transformational journey focused on delivering value to our customers now and in the future. This journey is based on a “Green-Field” approach to implementing SAP S4/HANA at the core enabler for this transformation. This SAP Practice at Simplot is responsible for creating solutions within the new S4/HANA landscape to support our company’s dynamic global needs. Each team member will contribute to building Solutions by utilizing the vast array of SAP products to support our business objectives. We are currently looking for innovative and driven Functional Leads to join the existing team and contribute to all future business objectives. The Functional Lead role is a true hybrid SAP functional consultant and business process visionary. They will lead and mentor other team members, manage various SI resources on-shore and off-shore and engage directly with business leaders to design, build and implement the future solutions for Simplot.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Lead daily stand-up meetings with a small agile development team in a quest to rapidly deploy new solutions on the S4 platform.

　　Prioritize and assign work items to team members and drive completion of work items that conform to the documentation and testing standards that are established in the program.

　　Drive the team utilization of agile methodologies for continuous delivery of solutions, rapid deployment and validation of solutions components is a must.

　　Lead the design, configuration, and testing for developed solutions and collaborate with agile team peers on the scope of the solution set in a cohesive end to end delivered solution

　　Deliver and present Prototype Solutions in anticipation of their current/future utilization.

　　Document solutions and provide functional and technical presentations to peers as well as solution architects within the IT organization.

　　Drive the continuous discovery of new solutions that will utilize the SAP Product Suite already procured by Simplot.

　　Deliver solution design concepts that will transform current non-optimized business processes to a broad set of stakeholders and senior leaders.

　　Typical Education

　　Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or universityRelevant Experience

　　8+ Years of proven experience as a lead SAP Functional Analyst or lead IT Business Analyst in relation to Record to Report processes and underlying SAP capabilities is required.

　　4+ years of experience in implementing SAP Product Cost Controlling, Intercompany Accounting, Material Ledger, Margin Analysis, Overhead Controlling, and Cost distribution integration with Transportation Management (TM) module.

　　Design, set-up, test, and deploy prototype and production Finance solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly.

　　Proven knowledge of the SAP Fiori elements and how to drive standardization and re-utilization of elements in a quest to develop a common UX repository is preferred.

　　S/4HANA experience is preferred (1809,1909,2020).

　　Good understanding of various integration patterns between SAP products and non-SAP Products and when to utilize these patterns when enabling a business process is preferred.

　　Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban is required.

　　Proven experience in a leadership capacity where the team delivered solutions utilizing an agile methodology is required.

　　Excellent troubleshooting and verbal and written communication skills is required.

　　Good understanding of standards, guidelines, and best practices to be used during development is required.
