　　If you live in or near the Richmond, KY, area and have previous welding experience, Randstad has a job opportunity for you! We are currently searching for skilled welders to work a 3rd shift role. Candidates should be able to read and discern blueprints, use common warehouse and measuring tools, and communicate clearly and effectively with supervisors to discuss any issues with the end products. 　　Responsibilities

　　Previous welding experience required

　　Measure, cut, and assemble metal products using an electric arc and inert gas

　　Ensure work area is safe and proper PPE is worn at all times

　　Inspect weld strength during and after welding process

　　Communicate any issues directly with supervisors

　　Any other duties as assigned by management

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　working in a non-temperature controlled environment

　　manual lifting up to 50lbs

　　standing for 8 hours at one time
