JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB SUMMARY The position leads the business processmapping, requirements-gathering, and functional design necessary toconfigure SAP business processes from end-to-end to identify and addressoperational, financial, and technological needs for SAP Plan to Produce.This position also leads and/or executes the testing business processesto confirm the procedure and solutions meet requirements while assistingwith resolving any identified defects. In this position, you will beinvolved in process improvements that leverage Prolec GE Waukesha\'s SAPERP system and other integrated systems. This position will participatein system configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and trainingactivities, all aimed at business process and system optimization. Sincemost initiatives in other areas of the business have financialimplications, you will need to understand the importance of integrationin areas such as Order To Cash (OTC), Source to Pay (STP), and Record toReport (RTR) PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Primaryresponsibility for reviewing SAP business processes from end-to-end toidentify and address operational, financial, and technological needs forSAP Plan to Produce. Providing application administrative support withinSAP PTP including interfaces Partnering with business stakeholders,management to provide a vision for new and supported initiatives.Managing an application portfolio and associated projects Address thevarious needs, concerns, expectations of stakeholder groups in planningand executing projects, meeting project requirements, and creatingproject deliverables. Takes responsibility for understanding clientrequirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problemresolution. Balancing competing project constraints including but notlimited to scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risks toaccommodate the needs of each user/customer. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &ABILITIES Minimum of 3-5 years\' experience as functional analyst in SAPECC systems or 3 years related field experience for plan to produceprocesses Minimum of 2 Full Life Cycle Implementations in ECC or S4 HANAsupporting planning modules. Experience with SAP manufacturing,production planning, forecasting, and scheduling. Knowledge of systemconfiguration, business process design, Controls, and MDM. Applicationtesting, and incident handling procedures. Strong organizational skills,with the ability to self-motivate and successfully work on multipleprojects.
