Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with senior team members, providing regular updates to the Director.

Maintain robust in-house fund accounting practices, ensuring precision and efficiency.

Manage tax filing coordination tasks, guaranteeing accurate and timely submissions.

Requirements

2+ years of tax experience, specifically in venture capital or private equity

Familiarity with 1042s, K-1s, PFICs, and general tax filing coordination is highly valued.

Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

A team player with a friendly and adaptable personality, thriving in a collaborative environment.

CPA certification or progress toward achieving it is a plus.
