Description
We are hiring an SAP Analyst, with an initial focus on Materials Management. You will be a frontline ambassador for the IT Merger & Acquisition Team to key users and stakeholders of our acquisitions. This exciting opportunity will focus on the Steelcase subsidiary, AMQ, which has recently moved onto SAP S/4 HANA.
Given the smaller size of AMQ, you will have a broad role partnering with colleagues from all levels of the AMQ business, including IT colleagues and business stakeholders to drive project work as well as technical and process improvement of our capabilities. This position will require the individual to learn the organization's processes and keep abreast of the latest technology advancements. This position will initially focus on Materials Management and then broaden to other functional areas based on stakeholder requirements.
What You Will Be Doing:
This role will be part of an agile team supporting AMQ's SAP environment. You will work alongside the Product Leader and the Delivery Leader in a Microsoft DevOps environment to support both day-to-day activities and the long-term management of the application ecosystem.
These duties include:
Engage with business stakeholders to identify and frame up project requests in the Agile backlog. This person will lead the project work along with the Agile Product leader through implementation and support.Transition into the Agile Delivery Leader for the team after training.Monitoring and supporting the SAP S/4 ERP platform.Perform testing of enhancements, and new functionality in SAP.Actively support users and their requests, evaluate, and apply solutions.Train and enhance user knowledge regarding software applications and business processes capabilities.Work with corporate peers on work prioritization and execution against business strategy.

You will work with your peers and business users to define SAP capabilities that can be used by the AMQ Business. You will also interface regularly with peers on the Steelcase IT team to learn and leverage best practices. Who You Are:
Required Skills and Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related fieldRequired a minimum of 2-4 years' experience in configuration and support of SAP Materials Management- including knowledge of related integrations with other SAP modules.Ability to engage with stakeholders from multiple business functions, including Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, and Engineering
Preferred Skills and Competencies
Experience in configuration and supporting of SAP MRP functionality is preferred- including integrations with other SAP modules.Understanding of different business processes, including logistics, warehouse, procurement, manufacturing, finance with a focus on Warehouse ManagementExperience working in an Agile IT environment is preferred.Experience with ServiceNow for incident management is preferred.Experience with Microsoft DevOps and Azure Cloud tools is preferred.Able to interact with
