　　The Senior Programming Analyst provides analytical programming support to the Clearwater FL manufacturing site, on in-house developed or COTS (MES) manufacturing systems.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Interact with QA, Operations and Engineering to gather and define requirements for IT systems to support new product implementations and process improvements.

　　Analyzes existing programs and systems to ensure that the data collection, storage, and retrieval of data are programmed to meet user requirements with a minimum usage of system capacity.

　　Prepares and writes required documentation, to ensure that procedures follow established Division and Corporate policies.

　　Designs, codes program in an authorized language, and implements computer programs, while meeting established deliverable deadlines.

　　Conducts training of end-users on systems capabilities to ensure that end-user comprehends the scope of data available for usage.

　　Provide application technical assistance to end-users, operations, and management.

　　Support application systems as assigned by working with the users, IT staff and others in problem solving, which may be outside of normal business hours.

　　Qualifications/Experience:

　　Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems

　　Minimum of 3 years' experience working in IT, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

　　VB.Net / C# / .net SQL Server (Transact-SQL),Oracle DB(PL/SQL) experience required.

　　Written and verbal communication skills in translating technical terms into generally understandable business terminology.

　　Experience with formal software development methodologies.

　　Experience with client-server architectures, relational databases, communications, and network technology.

　　Experience with medical devices or pharmaceuticals industry policies and procedures.

　　Experience in the development and design of systems.

　　Position is on-site in Clearwater FL.
