Sanitation Job Overview:

　　Clean all areas of the plant including, but not limited to, raw and finished production areas. Mix any materials or chemicals needed to complete job.

　　Perform one or more of the following duties:

　　Cleaning assigned areas.

　　Mix any chemicals or cleaning solutions needed to satisfactorily complete job.

　　Clean all floors, walls and equipment in area except equipment listed as "specialty equipment" such as M.P.O., waffle oven, pancake oven, etc..

　　Reassemble equipment as instructed by management.

　　Follow all safety procedures when cleaning equipment and mixing chemicals and follow authorized procedure in case of emergencies.

　　Inspect all equipment to ensure area has been cleaned in accordance with Company and USDA procedures.

　　Perform job in a safe and efficient manner as directed by team leader or company procedures.

　　Keep any record or statistical charts required.

　　Keep work area clean and orderly.

　　Perform other duties as assigned.

　　Must be able to cross train within all job functions of the department.

　　MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND PRE EMPLOYMENT DRUG TEST.
