  Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented SAP Solution Manager/BASIS to join our team in the Ft. Detrick, MD area.

  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  Configure, install, and maintain SAP Solution Manager components, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

  Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements for Solution Manager to align with the latest SAP releases and functionalities.

  Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP Solution Manager-related problems, working closely with internal teams or external vendors as needed.

  Monitor system performance, health checks, and system logs to ensure smooth operations and proactively address potential issues.

  Configure Solution Manager functionalities such as Change Control Management, System Landscape Management, Monitoring, Incident Management, and more, aligning with organizational needs.

  Integrate SAP Solution Manager with other SAP systems and tools to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across the SAP landscape.

  Plan and execute system upgrades, updates, and enhancements for SAP Solution Manager in coordination with change management processes and business requirement"

  Basic Qualifications:

  Experience with large scale agile approaches such as SAFe

  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  5 years experience in SAP Basis Administration with a focus on SAP Solution Manager administration and configuration.

  In-depth knowledge of SAP Solution Manager functionalities, including CHaRM (Change Request Management), Technical Monitoring, Business Process Monitoring, and more.

  Proficiency in SAP Basis tasks such as system installations, upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

  Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment

  Preferred Qualifications:

  SAP certifications in Basis Administration or Solution Manager are preferred.Clearance Requirements:

  Must be a U.S. Citizen; Can obtain a Public Trust clearance; and will be subject to a Tier 3 Investigation for DoD Common Access Card (CAC) eligibility only. Candidates who have recently completed T3 investigations are a plus.

  Physical Requirements:

  The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

  For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
