What you can expect?

　　We are looking for a qualified Digital Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including content production and delivery, email production, database management, website localization.

　　For this position, we expect you to be a tech-conscious professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. You should be methodical, process oriented and have excellent time management skills. As a Digital Specialist, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and help them become confident in using digital tools.

　　Main responsibilities:

　　• Provide end-to-end project management

　　• Scope project requirements and prepare budget

　　• Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress

　　• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design, develop and implement digital projects

　　• Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met

　　• Develop support documentation including training for field force

　　• Ensure of quality briefing

　　• Monitor and report on Adobe Analytics, Tableau and other tools

　　• Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks

　　• Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues

　　• Seek opportunities for improvement and moving the digital strategy forward

　　Which competencies you should have

　　• 2+ years of digital project management experience

　　• At least basic experience with digital marketing and campaign management

　　• Familiarity with Salesforce/Veeva or similar enterprise systems is a plus

　　• Understanding of SEO and Adobe analytics or marketing cloud

　　• Excellent organization and time management skills

　　• Communication skills and team player

　　• Fluent English and Czech

　　• BSc in Computer Science, Digital Marketing or relevant field
