　　Key Responsibilities

　　• Experience in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology in implementing Salesforce solutions.

　　• Would be responsible for management, architecture, design, and delivery of salesforce projects.

　　• Work with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Product Management/Product Owners, Technical Program Management, and Service Management) and stakeholders in other functional areas including Site Reliability (SOC) for Release Management.

　　• Experience with various Salesforce deployment processes including SFDX CLI, change sets, Ant Migration tool kit and Eclipse/Visualforce will be preferred.

　　• Experience in custom development using Salesforce technology stack (Visualforce pages, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, aura framework, lightning Components and Apex Web services, REST API) is required.

　　• Experience in implementing salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Cloud, Community Cloud and Salesforce Knowledge.

　　• Experience with Salesforce lightning experience and building custom lightning components.

　　• Strong experience in designing and implementing integrations with SAP ECC, SAP MDM, IBM CPQ and Salesforce.com platform – Outbound messages, Salesforce SOAP and REST APIs, Lightning Connector, Force.com Canvas.

　　• Proficient working with ETL/ESB tools like Informatica, Jitterbit, MuleSoft.

　　• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Security Model. Proficient in designing and implementing sharing and security models in Salesforce (Profiles, Permission sets, Roles, sharing rules, Public Groups, apex sharing)

　　• Expertise in configuring & maintaining the functional areas of Data Management, Campaigns, Leads, Forecasting Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, Activities, Dashboards and Reports.

　　• Proficient in Salesforce Identity and Single Sign-on. Implemented Single Sign-on using SAML and Single Sign-on Delegated Authentication.

　　• Strong experience in SFDC Configuration and declarative development – Page Layouts, Tabs, Custom fields, Custom Objects, validation Rules, Workflow rules, approval processes, Process Builder, Flow, Custom settings, Custom metadata type and Salesforce/Service Console.

　　• Strong knowledge of SFDC standard data structures and familiarity with Force.com Explorer, Data loader and Data Import Wizard. Well versed with writing Lightning Data Service, SOQL, SOSL queries.

　　• Adept at Estimation, prioritization and assignment of tasks, Goal setting and continuous feedback, enforcing processes and policies, proactive problem solving and conflict resolution.

　　Competencies and skills

　　• 5- 7 years of salesforce implementation experience including managing, architecting, custom development, data, and integration experience.

　　• Excellent communication skills.

　　• Bachelor or master’s in software preferred.
