　　Amazon Global Logistics in China is a team of highly experienced logistics professionals, product & program manager and carrier specialists actively participating in Amazon's international expansion goals. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are interested in improving the way products are bought, sold, and distributed on a global scale to join us in China.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　Explores channels to connect with target new sellers who is interested in Amazon Global Logistics service;

　　Lead team to connects with sellers;

　　Lead team to help seller start to ship and grow their business;

　　Lead team to provide answers for Frequently Asked Questions on service introduction, on-boarding process etc.

　　Lead team to manage a team to design and implement new seller hunting, commitment improvement mechanism.

　　A day in the life

　　Summarize seller portrait and improve Blurbs for target seller pitching.

　　Talk with seller, to solve their pain points during working with GM.

　　Wort out solution (from available GM product list ) to help seller reduce shipping cost, improving supply chain efficiency and win their trust.

　　We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

　　Shenzhen, 44, CHN

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Accuracy and attention to detail; 2. Passions to work with customers; 3. Skills of winning trust. 4. Good command of English, at least CET-6; 5. 5years (or more) experience of working with customer (sales/marketing background)Preferred Qualifications

　　Being creative to design & develop blurbs/pitching deck before talking to sellers; 2. Using MS office applications (outlook, Excel & Word)
