Employs various test protocols and appliesstandards to ensure quality.This is a position with global grade 12Thisposition reports to Quality ManagerYour responsibilities Develop andimplement Project Quality Plan for assigned jobs, Perform Structural,Mechanical and Electrical In-Process inspections of the eHouses at thevendors location Identify quality defects or non-conformance issues,generate Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) to the vendors andlead the closure of open quality issues on projects Co-ordinate andoversee Factory Acceptance Tests at the factories and ensure productconformance to specifications and approved design drawings Co-ordinateIntegrated Factory Acceptance Tests with customer, suppliers, andinternal stake holders at the eHouse vendors, lead resolution of punchlist elements prior to shipment Ensure that established qualityprocedures are adhered to during the project lifecycle, and allchecklists are signed off prior to the shipment release of the eHousesDevelop Safety plan for the project and ensure the Safety and EHSprocesses are being followed by the ABB representatives, vendors &customers. Take the lead in documenting, investigating, and resolvingany safety related issues during the project execution Develop acooperative relationship approach with the vendors ensuring that the ABBQuality standards are met Attend customer job sites to address anyquality claims submitted by the customer, and work with the project teamand supplier to prepare action plans to address issues in a timely...For full info follow application link.
