We are looking for a a highly motivated intern to support the team to meet organizational goals by designing and implementing best class business management system, conducting advancing data analysis for business insights and recommendations, and operating critical sales and customer related processes or program to accelerate business growth and optimize customer obsession. This person should have demonstrated ability to thrive and achieve objectives in a highly matrix-oriented environment, creating and supporting productive cross-team working relationships and interacting with high performing team members. The position requires both the ability to implement formal cadence and process controls, as well as the ability to think and react quickly to changing conditions.

　　The ideal candidate will have a bachelor or master's degree in Finance, computer science, or other data analytics related fields.

　　This role reports into the AWS GCR (Great China Region) Sales Strategy, Operations and Enablement (SSOE) organization.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　• Data Processing: Data analysis, raw data check and correction, consolidation, data format adjustment, etc. Data analysis cover Revenue, Forecast, Pipeline etc

　　• Template & file clean up and redesign: Enhancing our analysis templates to better align with evolving reporting structure and to streamline processes (connection between pipeline, fcst, revenue etc).

　　• Plan and Coordination.: regular communication, request and follow up with BU/Function, content or action owners, central announcement, metric updates in wiki.

　　• Organize: Maintain and deliver a cadence of cross-team meetings, weekly, monthly, quarter business reviews, dashboards and status reports for cross-team coordination and executive update.

　　• Text Processing: deliver high quality narrative, both in content and format

　　Basic Qualifications

　　• Graduate between Oct 2024 to Sept 2025, currently working towards a Bachelor or master's degree in Finance, Computer Science or other Data analysis fields

　　• Skilled to use advanced statistical analysis method, including Excel, SQL, Pivot Table, Tableau, etc.

　　• Passion for processes and systems, Logical thinking and analytical skills, sensitive to data,

　　• Details focusing, excellent analytical, strong verbal and written communication skills especially narrative writing

　　• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

　　• Fluent in both English and Mandarin

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　• Experience with Cloud Computing
