PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibility of the Customer Operations Associate is toserve the needs and fulfill the expectations of Life Fitness customers.The Customer Operations Associate will be the main point of contact forthe customer from the acceptance of an order through its successfuldelivery and installation. The Customer Operations Associate will manageall aspects of the order to ensure that the customer receives the rightproducts, at the right location, at the right time, and is satisfiedwith the experience of using Life Fitness as a vendor for fitnessequipment. Please note this position will be in office Tues - Thurs atour Rosemont HQ.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Enters, schedules, and makes available to ship all sales orders fortheir respective customers accurately and timely.
Verifies sales order correctness and completeness with the customerprior to entering order.
Makes order modifications in response to changing customer needs.
Notifies inside and outside sales team of any order modifications thatthe customer is making.
Coordinates and manages all orders for their respective customers toassure all credit and leasing issues are resolved in a timely fashionand are complete before the scheduled ship dates of orders.
Builds relationships and assumes the lead contact role with thecustomer; resolves any issues that may impede prompt delivery andsuccessful installation of customer orders.
Notifies customer and sales force of issues that may prevent thecustomer from being fully satisfied; works to resolve these issues in atimely fashion.
Maintains accurate records of all communication with customers and salesreps.
Maintains order attachments and notes in the system to ensure thatreports are accurate and meet supervisory review based upon departmentalstandards.
Keeps abreast of current production schedules, product changes, and newproduct instructions as they relate to existing and new customer orders.
Participates in the development of procedures for the CustomerOperations function.
Attends meetings and provides status of orders as required.
Requirements
Education: Associates degree required, Bachelor\'s degree preferred
1-3 year in customer service, order management, sales support, orrelated function.
