  Position Summary:

  As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will provide active support to multiple teams across Sales and Sales Operations. From conducting vendor assessments to creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce, you will engage with people across NAVEX and have an opportunity to personally "wow" people with your commitment to value-added results.   What You Will Do:

  Review and manage Sales Operations' case queuesCreate standard reports for both ad-hoc requests and on-going projects and programsBuild and maintain Salesforce dashboardsReview and update Salesforce fields to ensure data integrityLiaise with internal teams to complete vendor assessmentsSupport additional Sales Operations tasks as assigned

  What You Will Need:

  A strong working knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels within the organizationStrong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced team environment and maintain a strong attention to detailConsistent ability to follow through with tasks while managing frequent tight deadlinesAn openness to change and willingness to take informed risksAbility to work independently and confidentially

  Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.The starting pay for this role is $20.00 per hour.Pay progression is based on performance.
