  Position Summary:

  As a member of the Professional Services Organisation, the Solutions Consultant will help NAVEX's customers realise the potential impact of our risk and compliance management solutions and services. You will work directly with our current and prospective customers post sale to assess the potential impact of NAVEX's solution, identify specific business requirements and quantify the value to be gained by leveraging NAVEX business fundamentals and Professional Services Methodology within our customers Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) programs.

  What You Will Do:

  Work directly with our customers to evaluate existing systems, process, and/or user needs to analyse, recommend, design and implement best-practice associated to multiple NAVEX applicationsManage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously and consistently with minimal supervisionAnalyse and map customer business requirements to implementation objectives and the defined Scope of WorkAct as a liaison between Sales, Product Engineering and IT to communicate and deliver accurate and thoroughly scoped business requirementsAct as a liaison between Implementation, Customer Interface, Integrations Services and Product Engineering to coordinate and execute all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutionsEffectively report and communicate to project teams, including customer stakeholders and internal management teamsDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of the functional architecture of various NAVEX software solutionsDevelop and initiate change impact assessments, sponsorship plans, communication plans and training plans to increase effectiveness, awareness and adoptionPresent NAVEX's products and services to customers while providing functional and technical expertiseUtilise company CRM (Salesforce.com) and Professional Service Automation tools to optimise Sales and Project Management activities

  What You Will Need:

  2+ years of proven consulting and software solution implementation experience; Ethics & Compliance industry experience in either a Training, Policy or Ethics capacity is a plusFluent in GermanExperience and familiarity with business process management and implementing SaaS delivery models; creating comprehensive business process and/or training documentationStrong analytical and decision-making ability; used to gathering business requirements and solution orientated proposalsExcellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration; ability to work and interact with a cross functional and remote team and coordinate project escalationsSelf-motivated with the ability to work under tight deadlines and respond to changing business and technical environmentsProven project management skills; ideally utilising Professional Service Automation programsStrong presentation skills, project planning and scoping experience.Experience with MS Office Professional applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote)Experience conducting meetings/presentations using web tools (i.e. Microsoft Teams)Familiarity with HTML, Browser based Technologies and Data Integration Services
