  Position Summary:

  As our Manager of Demand Generation, you will join our fast-paced team responsible for marketing NAVEX software solutions to existing customers and new audiences. You will execute on the demand generation strategy to create new leads and contribute directly to sales pipeline. You are skilled in all demand generation disciplines, including integrated campaign planning and execution, channel strategy, persona-oriented and funnel-stage messaging, email design, calls to action, lead nurturing, lead scoring, A/B testing, campaign ROI and performance analysis, attribution, and response optimization.

  Your expertise and effectiveness in this role will directly influence our revenue achievement and ensure great customer experience. You will help expand the use of NAVEX tools and promote opportunities for corporate social innovation.

  What You Will Do:

  Define, plan, and deliver innovative, multi-channel, and results-driven campaigns that use optimal, modern marketing concepts and toolsOwn and define KPIs that are meaningful, measurable, and meet quarterly demand generation goals for both lead creation and pipeline contributionWork cross-functionally with other teams to help guide the portfolio of marketing programs, including website, content marketing, database marketing, email nurturing, paid advertising, content syndication, SEO, social media, blog posts, events, and webinarsMeasure, track, and report at a campaign and tactic level, providing analysis, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns programs and adjustments to existing campaigns as appropriateDrive alignment between global sales and marketing teams to ensure the latest content and messaging is being used and adaptedIdentify new optimization tests, growth opportunities, and areas for additional investment in time and moneyStay on top of GRC industry trends and best practices and frameworks, as well as marketing trends and best practices, to support customer growth

  What You Will Need:

  Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other related field5+ years' experience creating and executing global demand generation campaigns, including copywriting, channel strategy, advertising, email marketing, webinar production, and moreHands-on experience running end-to-end marketing campaigns, familiarity with the GRC space is a plusProficiency with Salesforce.com and a strong understanding of other marketing technologies, including Marketing Automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua)Strong quantitative and analytical skills with an interest in translating data into actionable changeAn excellent track record for constantly optimizing various programs and testing new ways of executionEffective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced environmentA collaborative and team-player mentality, while also able to work autonomouslyExtraordinary ability to project manage individual tasks and priorities while being held accountable to a global team's processes and workflowsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to see the big picture view of our marketing strategy

  Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.The minimum starting pay range for this role is $80,000+ per annum.Pay progression is based on performance.
