About Client Solutions Manager, Apps & Gaming (Türkiye)

  The Client Solutions Manager for Meta's Global Business Group team partners with our most strategic clients to make sure they are successful with Meta. This is an outstanding opportunity to be at the center of some of Meta's most important commercial relationships in Apps & Gaming industry in Türkiye. The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic solution-driver who puts customers at the core of everything they do. This role is responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving growth, advertiser education, and satisfaction in innovative ways, and leveraging data-driven insights for our customers. You should have a deep passion for Meta and the overall marketing ecosystem. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and analytical skills, being comfortable working with large data sets to identify performance patterns and translate into solutions, working with internal cross-functional partners, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. This role will be located at our office in London, United Kingdom.

  Client Solutions Manager, Apps & Gaming (Türkiye) Responsibilities:

  Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partnersResponsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnershipUse data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against client's marketing objectivesConduct deep data analyses to guide client strategy, which may include setting up dashboards to detect performance patterns and translate them into actionable insightsBuild and manage relationships with key clients, agency partners (media, creative, measurement partners, marketing partners, etc.)Advise on media, measurement, and creative strategy to deliver against client goalsCollaboration with internal cross-functional teams and ability to co-manage complex workstreamsFlawless management of internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)Be an active contributor of the regional sales team to contribute to overall team goals and developmentMinimum Qualifications:

  Language - Native in Turkish, fluent in English5 minimum years of experience in a digital ecosystemHigh intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn in an ambiguous environmentEffective and creative problem-solving and decision-making skillsConsistently demonstrate high level of integrity and ownershipExperience and passion for working with numbers, analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insightsAbility to act as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to actionExperience problem-solving and working with cross-functional teamsAbility to communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a teamExperience in managing complex projects and workstreams with minimal direction with a high attention to detailDemonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)Ability to travel as needed for client and partner meetingsConsultative selling skillsPreferred Qualifications:

  Understanding of Digital Native industry, client business models and competitive solutionsExperience as a Facebook / Instagram user and knowledge of Meta's ad productsUnderstanding of ad tech / gaming ecosystemBasic understanding of attribution modelling/measurementBasic understanding of coding and HTMLInternational work experienceBA/BS degree in a technical or marketing fieldAbout Meta:
