We are currently looking to hire a passionate Sales representative Laboratory Diagnostics to grow our business in the North Holland region.

About the role:

On the defined geographical area, you will ensure the development of sales of the range of laboratory analysers (biochemistry, hematology, urine analysers, etc.) to a clientele composed mainly of veterinary clinics and practices;

Maintain, retain and develop the existing customer portfolio;

Develop, in collaboration with your manager, a growth strategy for the area for which you are responsible;

Build and implement a prospecting plan in this territory, in line with the commercial strategy;

Ensure the discovery of needs and the presentation of adapted solutions with high added value products;

Negotiate assertively to achieve or even exceed your objectives;

Represent the company and be the guarantor of the success and development of its products and its image in your sector by offering/presenting investment goods;

Ensure competitive and technological monitoring and share this information with the entire company;

Use our Salesforce CRM and its tools and ensure regular reporting of your activities.

Work Experience

Business Management/Marketing/Sales studies, with experience in sales, ideally of investment goods and/or medical/paramedical or veterinary equipment in a complex and competitive environment;

You have excellent communication and relational skills;

Your ability to listen and analyse, coupled with a perfect knowledge of our products, allows you to gain and keep the trust of our customers;

You enjoy handling and installing devices with professionals in the veterinary sector to demonstrate their technical performance and strengthen proximity with our network;

A true specialist, perseverant and enthusiastic, you become the reference in your sector and the privileged link between our customers and our company;

Occasionally, exchanges in English are possible and communicating in the language of Shakespeare will make the difference.
